Multiple Pet Odor removal in carpet

Where one catt or dog goes all the pets go. Pet pee, or pet urine, is a smell no one wants in their home. If pouring gallons of enzyme solution on your carpet isn't working, it is because the solution isn't getting to the pee. Our tool gets the solution to where the pee goes.

How our odor removal tool works

We have invented a tool that works great for pet urine odor removal. Simply inject your favorite enzyme solution through the tool between the carpet and the pad. That is where the pee goes. The solution can then neutralize the pee at the source. And when it dries. Viola! Odor gone. Finally, a solution that works!

1st - Locate pet urine, besides using your nose

The simplest method is to lopete pet urine stains, which can be done with the use of a black fluorescent light. Stains appear on furniture, walls, or carpet as a yellow splatter or spot. Black lights can be purchased cheaply from pet stores or online.

2nd - Choose a pet urine odor remover

When looking for a product to remove pet urine and odours, the enzymatic cleaners are the best. They break down compounds in the pet odor, which is what attracts your pet to keep returning to the same spot. Most pet stores sell these products.

Choose an enzyme solution that will actually break down stains and odor causing molecules all while making your life much easier. A good pet urine cleaner will also have bacteria producing agents that will work continually until the stain and pet urine smell are gone completely. Simple Solution, Nature’s Miracle, Complete Pet Stain and Odor Remover by 8in1, and Capture Pet Stain and Odor Neutralizer are effective products for cleaning pet urine. Thank goodness, an effective pet urine remover is very easy to find. Many pet stores and online stores will carry one or all of these.

3rd - Using the tool to remove urine odor from carpet

Remove as much of the urine as possible by blotting the stain or wet area with paper towels. Don't rub the area as you will push the urine further into the carpet. If the stain has already dried, moisten with warm water before beginning the stain removal process.

Lay additional paper towels over the stain and gently press to absorb as much of the moisture as possible. Repeat several times until you have removed most of the urine.

Fill the bottle with your favorite enzyme solution. Insert the tool at a 45 degree angle in the carpet. Using the bulb on the tool lift the carpet slightly. Inject your favorite enzyme solution through the tool between the carpet and the pad. That is where the pee goes. Viola! It is so simple. Now let the solution dry, as it neutralizes the pee and away goes the odor.

Prevent pet urine/spraying recurrence

If pet urine odor is a frequent problem, pet owners should take steps to prevent future recurrences. First, have the pet checked by a veterinarian who can identify any medical reason for urinating outside the litter tray or spraying. If medical causes are ruled out, there are several things that can minimize and prevent urine incidents.

Keep the litter box clean! Pets can be picky creatures. If their regular relief hole isn’t as sparkling as they would like it to be, they will find somewhere else to go. Remember, nothing says “Go pee on that nice new carpet.” like a dirty stinky poo box.

Clean old messes thoroughly. Pets are creatures of habit. No matter how many times you say “No! That’s a bad kitty!” your odorous little friend will continue to think it’s OK to utilize the new pee pad until they can no longer smell their own vile urine on that spot.

If possible, place litter boxes where the pet has been urinating.

Pets are sometimes stressed by outside events. If it seems that the pet is spraying in response to outside stimulus such as other pets or animals, block the view. Another option is to confine the pet to a clean area with a fresh litter box, water, and food. This should teach the pet that he or she is not to urinate on carpets or furniture. Praise the pet when urination takes place in the litter box.

If pets use potted plants as a litter box, place a few pine cones or orange peel on top of the soil. Pets should avoid the plant if these scents are in place. You can also purchase pet deterrent sprays from your local pet shop which may be of use preventing your pet re-offending.

Make sure you have the right sized litter tray. A tiny tray for a large pet is not going to work.

Clean the litter tray(s) daily. The rule of thumb is one tray per pet, plus one spare. No pet wants to go to the toilet in a dirty litter tray and they will find an alternate spot to go to the toilet.

Pets are extremely clean animals and don't like using dirty litter trays. You should have one tray per pet, plus one spare. So if you have three pets, you should have four trays. They should be scooped out at least once a day (I scoop twice a day, morning and night), and completely emptied and disinfected at least once a week.

Desex your pet. Non-altered pets are more likely to spray than altered ones.

If the pet continues indiscriminately peeing all over your stuff, be sure to have it checked out at the vet. There could be some health reasons for it, and getting those solved will help make both you and your furry friend happier.
